How does an Ionic Foot Detox work?
A simple explanation
It is a pain free process in which you place your feet into warm water and relax for half an hour. You will have a small lead attached to your thumb or wrist and a small submersible pad or array inserted into the warm water. Salt will also be placed into the water to assist with the process. Under the effect of a small electric current the negative ions attach themselves to positively charged toxins and tissue acid wastes, drawing them through the pores in your feet. What do the different detox colours mean?
