Why use 100% pure essential oils?
Our modern lives are more hectic than ever before and as a result our bodies are feeling the strain. Stress related issues are on the rise and we are looking to pharmaceutical companies to provide synthetic chemicals to solve our every ailment. Doctors are overworked and the whole health system is under great pressure to provide us all with a better level of health. 100% pure essential oils are an effective, self administered method of increasing your own health and wellbeing without the constant visits to your local GP or relying on pharmaceutical chemicals.
Essential oils contain the molecules or constituents that make up most of our modern pharmaceutical drugs. The benefit of having them in their natural form is that they quite often have inhibitors or blocking molecules that neutralise the side effects of the active ones. Not only does this provide a better and less caustic delivery of the active constituents, it also affords you the benefits of the other molecules in the compound delivering a synergistic result that supports the body in it's entirety. Together with the use of kefir grains, this leads to better health and overall wellbeing that supports and boosts the mental capacities, body functions and immune system.
Please note that if you are going to use essential oils for any therapy, ensure that they are 100% pure or for those expensive oils that come in a 3% solution ensure that the carrier oil is also pure and of benefit. If you have any serious ailments make sure you visit your GP. Essential oils are not a replacement for modern medicine, but simply a way of enhancing you overall health and wellbeing.
The health benefits of essential oils
There are many benefits to using essential oils. They range from lowering blood pressure, an increase in libido, sharper mental acuity and stronger immune system to better sleep, digestive health, healthier and younger looking skin and they also smell wonderful.
You know your body better than anyone, when you are feeling a little low, or are coming down with a cold etc. Using essential oils gives you the power to learn how your body reacts to external influences and to attune yourself to its rhythms. This means that you can use the appropriate oils to address any imbalances before they become too aggressive and cause illness. This not only improves your quality of life but means that you will require fewer trips to the GP.
