Lauren Sánchez still looks glam without a full face of makeup
Lauren Sánchez pulled out all the stops for the 2024 Met Gala, but before the event, Sánchez posted a since-expired Instagram story showing off a more natural look. “No makeup…no filter,” she wrote on the photo, though she did confess that she still had on “my lashes from last night.” Even without layers of foundation and contouring, the celeb looked incredible. Happily, she also name-dropped the product line behind her dewy, glowing skin: The Beauty Sandwich by Iván Pol. Offering a range of luxury skincare, the brand is a favorite among A-listers, including such names as Emma Stone, Kim Kardashian, and Barry Keoghan — and has the price tags to match. Of course, Sánchez doesn’t have to worry about money these days, but for those seeking a more affordable skincare boost, note that she also focuses on hydrating from the inside. As she told Self way back in 2010, a solid supply of Fiji water was one of her must-haves while conducting red-carpet interviews for “Extra.”
Whatever other skincare steps Sánchez may be following in private, the results are stunning. In fact, her no-makeup selfie looks so good that it’s almost suspicious. Are her eyebrows permanently filled in à la microshading? Are her lips naturally that pearlescent pink? We might just have different definitions of what it means to be clean-faced. Regardless, a sneaky swipe of lipstick doesn’t account for those epic cheekbones or that snatched jawline. Makeup or not, Sánchez has clearly got the goods.
