Lauren Boebert’s Fashion Choice Keeps Her on the Worst-Dressed List

How Boebert can help herself

Although the first thing Lauren Boebert could do to help herself would be to find some empathy, since that’s probably not in the cards, the focus shall stay on her blazer situation. For starters, since menswear outfits on women is a big 2025 trend, that also means that oversized blazers are very much all the rage right now. So Boebert’s take on the classic piece is outdated — in addition to the fit being all wrong.

If Boebert doesn’t want to take the fashionista approach and choose to wear a blazer as it’s supposed to be worn, meaning it looks effortlessly chic, then she needs to take her bust into consideration. According to Primark’s Penneys, while a blazer should pull in at the waist a bit, it should also comfortably fit the bust. In other words, there shouldn’t be the gaping opening in the chest area, as Boebert has every time she wears a blazer.

If Boebert wanted to wear a blazer correctly so she doesn’t look like she’s trying to summon the spirit of 1995, she could easily buy one that fits her, then opt for one of the most universally flattering clothing hacks of all time: tailoring. But considering Boebert is on a very important mission at the moment to rename D.C. the “District of America,” her ill-fitting blazers probably aren’t at the top of her to-do list.
