Alternatively, she could DIY it and mindfully shop for blazers that don’t fail the three major fit checkpoints her previous choices have.  

First, the shoulder seams should sit exactly at the edge of the shoulders without extending or sloping. Second, the blazer should button easily, without any pulling or “X” tension wrinkles. And finally, the sleeves should end at the wrist bone, not halfway up the forearm or hanging over the wrists. Bonus tip: Boebert could do with some styling.
