Though we appreciate that Pam Bondi opts for conservative outfits while working, she took that to heart too much in 2017. While at Florida State Fairgrounds, she wore a shapeless, long-sleeved, blue, knee-length dress that didn’t flatter her figure. The garment lacked shape or distinguishing features, such as patterns or embellishments, and made her look boxy. She paired it with clunky, dark brown pumps, which did nothing to make the outfit feel modern or chic, and the result was so frumpy.<\/p>\n

If we were Bondi’s stylist, we’d have upgraded her look via slimline, white, court heels, which were a big trend at the time. The lighter shoe would have felt more contemporary and fashion-forward.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

She wore a matching, black-and-white striped skirt suit with a black turtleneck, sheer black hosiery, and strings of pearl accessories. While one could make the argument she was going for a vintage look, the outfit came across as dated. The boxy suit gave us ’80s\/’90s workwear vibes, while the multiple strings of pearls around the turtleneck looked like something out of an ’80s magazine ad. She wore a structured, collared, nude dress to a 2013 cabinet meeting that was a little too close to her skin tone and washed her out (even with the filter she added to her Instagram upload). A richer, jewel tone dress, such as a deep green or blue, would have been more flattering against her skin tone. The garment also featured a low slung, thin, pearl belt that drew attention to her hips rather than her waist, and the pearl buttons over her chest felt oddly placed and distracting.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

We can’t knock Pam Bondi for attempting to have more fun with fashion at a Florida political event in 2020, but the light pink shirt she paired with white pants was a fashion hazard. It had two unnecessarily long pieces of ruffled material dangling from the shoulders, which could have easily tangled on another object. It also added extra bulk to her torso, which wasn’t very flattering.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Pam Bondi experienced a wardrobe malfunction in 2012. During a campaign appearance for Mitt Romney, she wore a red blazer, red button-down shirt, and flared, white pants. As she waved with her left hand, she used her right to keep her top from exposing her bare torso. She clearly didn’t feel comfortable with the length, and ill-fitting clothing is\u00a0a fashion mistake that’s a turn-off \u2014 so that made it missed the mark. The political figure needed a longer top knowing she’d be raising her arms, or should have opted for high-waited bottoms to cover her middle and keep her outfit more political event-friendly.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/article>\n
