In 1998, she released her own workout VHS, titled &#8220;Journey to Fitness,&#8221;\u00a0and she&#8217;s continued to share various insights into her very active lifestyle since. Maples proved it&#8217;s never too late to start exercising and get healthy,\u00a0posting info about her workout routine on\u00a0Instagram in 2019 \u2014 she shared she&#8217;d done a more than 4 mile hike before a yoga session to help stretch her tired muscles. &#8220;Yoga works and breathing deep into any pain we may feel allows the oxygen to flow and healing and relief to come,&#8221; she wrote.<\/p>\n<p>Then, in 2024, she revealed she&#8217;d tried a Force of Nature workout class\u00a0with a friend in an attempt to step up her exercise sessions. Alongside an Instagram video of her at a group workout class, she wrote in part, &#8220;I believe it&#8217;s important to keep getting stronger &amp; one way we can grow is by going beyond our perceived limits. She told People\u00a0she avoids dairy, gluten, and processed sugar, and eats kosher meals, while also trying to drink four to five large glasses of water each day.
